A city district in the making. AIR Molobyen is a Residency program focusing on transforming the urban district Molobyen in Bodø, through art, architecture, and culture. We are experimenting with temporary and semi-permanent installations and projects in the public environment. We collaborate with artists, architects, and other creative actors locally and from across the world.

Collaboration projects

AIR Molobyen also performs and collaborates with relevant short- and long-term projects. During the Bodø 2024 European Capital of Culture, several projects will be running in the area.

Where is Molobyen?

Molobyen is an urban district in the centre of Bodø. The old industrial area is in a transformation process and will be developed into a mixed urban area with housing, culture, commercial spaces, food, and services. Read more about the urban development here: www.molobyen.no

The apartment is located in the old Bishops house, close to the sea and the city centre in Bodø.
